MAINE ROLLER DERBY – COMMUNITY PARTNERS

Maine Roller Derby is a 501(c)3 non-profit and operates as one by donating to local organizations. Contact community@mainerollerderby.com if your organization is interested in having the members of Maine Roller Derby volunteer at one of your events!

Every November, Maine Roller Derby holds its Thanks-for-Giving bout. The Thanks-for-Giving bout is a non-regulation game which encourages fan participation. Fans may purchase tickets which can be spent on items such as a reverse-direction jam, dance party, or officials play! Donations and a portion from ticket sales are donated to a local community organization. Each fall, Maine Roller Derby members vote to select that year’s recipient.
