I have been a volunteer official with Maine Roller Derby since late 2012. I began skating competitively in 2014 and fell deeply in-love with the game. One of my proudest moments is being honored with skating for Team Korea in the 2018 Roller Derby World Cup! I’m hoping to be part of the derby community in some capacity for as long as I exist on this planet. It has brought so much good into my life that I doubt I’ll ever be able to let go. <3
Why did you join roller derby?
I wanted to get involved with a team sport full of strong, capable people. The community is such an incredible thing to be a part of!
Do you have any hobbies besides roller derby (or) what is your passion?
I am a design artist and illustrator that also loves playing video games. Talk to me about nerd things!
Favorite Derby Accomplishment(s) / Proudest Moment?
I was fortunate enough to play at the Roller Derby World Cup in 2018 for Team Korea. ķģ“ķ !
What I do off-skates?
I work at Casablanca Comics, and Iām a comic artist. I also play too many video games.
Favorite post-practice snack?
Yogurt!
Do you have a pre-bout ritual?
I usually work on game day. It keeps me busy and gives me an outlet for my energy!
